Corporate Communications Associate to join our Corporate Planning & PR Department based in Santa Rosa City, Laguna, Philippines.
The Corporate Communications Associate is a member of the Corporate Public Relations Team that oversees the communication and interactions between the company and its diverse stakeholders, which include customers, employees, investors, media, and the public.
Your Role And Responsibilities
Public Relations and Corporate Communications
- Develop and write corporate communications materials such as press releases, sustainability reports, articles, feature stories, and other editorial content that highlight the company's initiatives, business sustainability efforts, and social and humanitarian impact.
- Create and implement PR plans and communication campaigns in support of corporate programs, manufacturing initiatives, and industry-related activities.
- Monitor PR metrics and communication performance, analyze results, and prepare reports and write-ups for management.
- Conduct daily news and social media monitoring, and prepare regular updates or email reports for key officers.
Corporate Brand and Reputation Management
- Support corporate brand and reputation management initiatives, including partnerships and sponsorships.
- Oversee brand management activities for affiliated entities such as TMP Foundation and TMP Tech, ensuring alignment with corporate identity and messaging guidelines.
CSR and Stakeholder Communications
- Assist in planning, coordination, and communication of CSR-related programs, projects, and events.
- Support stakeholder communications for internal and external audiences, including government agencies, industry partners, and community stakeholders.
- Contribute to communication efforts related to business sustainability and corporate responsibility initiatives.
Digital and Social Media Management
- Administer and manage the company's official social media channels
- Create, schedule, and manage social media content and postings in line with corporate branding and communication strategies.
- Manage corporate data and content for digital platforms such as websites, reports, and online publications.
Plant Tour and Visitor Management
- Prepare, coordinate, and conduct plant tours for corporate, government, and high-profile visitors.
Knowledge, Records, and Administrative Support
- Manage corporate knowledge and data used for reports, presentations, and external communications.
- Maintain proper records management for communication materials and plant tour documentation.
- Provide administrative and departmental support to the Corporate Planning & PR Team as needed.

- You are a graduate of BA Communication Arts, BA Journalism, BA Development Communication, BA Public Relations, BS Marketing Management, BS Economics, BS Statistics
- You are an expert in Canva.
- You provides strategic and analytical inputs to PR, branding, and communication initiatives, effectively influencing decisions and improving activities through well‑supported recommendations and clear messaging.
- You effectively manages relationships with internal teams, external partners, media, government agencies, and community stakeholders to ensure aligned communication, smooth coordination, and successful execution of programs and activities.
Skill Advantages
- Has experience with Journalism, Public Relations, Integrated Marketing Communications, or Communication Research.
- Has Business Writing, Photography, and Editing skills
Minimum Qualifications
In this role, you are expected to be a domain expert in
corporate communications, business writing, and integrated marketing communications.
Responsibilities include media relations and events, press releases, crisis communications, internal and stakeholder communications, reputation and brand management, social media management and CSR/sustainability.
