The Corporate Communications Senior Associate supports the development, implementation, and monitoring of the company's branding initiatives across internal and external platforms. The role ensures consistent application of brand guidelines, messaging, and visual identity across all communication materials. He/she works closely with internal teams and partners to strengthen brand awareness, protect brand integrity, and support corporate reputation-building efforts.
Assists the Corporate Communications Manager with the day-to-day execution of activities, including developing and crafting visual and audiovisual materials, managing special events, and coordinating the production of broadcast, web-based, and print materials in collaboration with local teams and external partners.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the implementation and enforcement of corporate brand guidelines across internal and external communication channels
- Develop and produce communications and branding materials, including but not limited to posters, flyers, videos, presentations, and digital content, ensuring consistency with the company's brand identity, messaging, and visual standards across all platforms and touchpoints
- Review branding and communication materials to ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity
- Apply and uphold the company's brand standards across all multimedia materials, ensuring consistency in colors, typography, layout, messaging, and overall design execution
- Support the implementation of branding campaigns that strengthen corporate reputation and brand awareness
- Work with internal stakeholders to translate project requirements into aligned and brand-compliant multimedia content
- Maintain an accessible and updated library of photo, video, and design files; ensure proper version control; and safeguard the integrity and consistency of branded assets across platforms
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events, including groundbreaking ceremonies, inaugurations, stakeholder engagements, conferences, employee events, and corporate social responsibility activities
- Handle admin-related tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATION GUIDE:
EDUCATION:
- Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Communication / Development Communication / Mass Communication / Marketing or related field
EXPERIENCE:
- At least 2–3 years of experience in Corporate Communications, Branding, Marketing Communications, or related work
