Job Description
The proposed Corporate Brand Strategy & Culture Manager will provide a single point of leadership for the Globe corporate narrative, ensuring that employee-facing and stakeholder-facing stories are aligned, data-informed, and designed to support business priorities.
Role Purpose
To lead and steward Globe's corporate brand strategy, ensuring that: brand positioning is clearly defined from a corporate and enterprise perspective (not product/segment-specific); culture and employee experience are aligned to this strategy; and stakeholder communications whether employee-facing or external are coherent, insight-driven, and supportive of Globe's long-term reputation and transformation goals.
- Lead strategic planning for the Globe corporate brand strategy, including annual narrative themes and flagship stories.
- Content planning, manages owned corporate digital channels to effectively amplify corporate messages.
- Translate corporate priorities into clear narrative frameworks for use across employee-facing and corporate-facing touchpoints.
- Drive culture advocacy, ensuring that values, people programs, and key initiatives are framed in a way that employees can understand and connect to business direction.
- Provide guardrails for tone, positioning, and content architecture across enterprise-level narratives, in coordination with Marketing to ensure alignment without functional overlap.
- Identify initiatives with strong impact and help shape them into cohesive, evidence-based stories suitable for regional and global recognition and benchmarking.
- Partner with Analytics, Intelligence & Stakeholder Engagement to convert stakeholder insights into tailored narrative guides and key messages for priority stakeholder groups.
