Corporate Banking Client Services and Operations Officer

An established international banking group with a strong Asian network is looking to strengthen its Corporate Banking team in Singapore.

This opportunity is suitable for an early-career banking professional who enjoys working closely with corporate clients, Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders. You will support the delivery of day-to-day banking services while ensuring transactions and client documentation are handled accurately and promptly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage corporate account opening, closure and account amendments
• Support periodic and ad hoc KYC reviews
• Process remittances, deposits and foreign exchange documentation
• Assist with loan drawdowns, repayments and related administrative matters
• Track outstanding documents and follow up with clients and internal teams
• Respond to client enquiries relating to accounts and transactions
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers and relevant operational teams
• Ensure all documents and transaction instructions comply with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
• Escalate documentation gaps, exceptions and operational risks promptly

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Accounting or a related discipline
• Up to two years of experience in banking operations, transaction services or corporate client support
• Fresh graduates with relevant banking internship experience may also be considered
• Basic understanding of corporate banking products and KYC/AML requirements
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and follow-up skills
• Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in English
• Chinese language proficiency would be advantageous for liaison with regional stakeholders and headquarters
