As a Corporate Affairs Sr. Specialist, you support support and shape our regional operations, communication campaigns, and media relations. You will work closely with the Corporate Affairs team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Improving internal brand awareness and ensuring the proper and consistent application of our corporate brand identity across your assigned region.
- Developing and implementing regional communication plans, written communications, and multimedia materials to support the TBG's transformative purpose and safeguard its reputation.
- Executing regional communication campaigns for project launches, new builds, social acceptability, and advocacies, including storytelling for our Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) performance.
- Establishing and maintaining local media contacts, developing regional public relations plans, and monitoring the PR value generated from seeded materials.
- Providing guidance to regional teams on content creation to ensure alignment with our overarching communication strategy, while also collaborating with partner PR agencies.
- Supporting crisis communication planning and executing media relations strategies during regional crises
To Succeed in this Role, we need someone who:
- Is an expert in both written and visual communication, as well as media and public relations.
- Possesses above-average capabilities in communication planning and project management.
- Is highly proficient (above average) in utilizing desktop publishing and video editing software.
- Has working knowledge (average proficiency) of basic photography and event management.
What You Will Need:
- A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Communication or Marketing.
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Leadership experience (this is a preferred qualification).
