What You'll Do:
- Manage and prioritize client requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Update internal dashboards to provide real-time insights for the team
- Create and maintain client accounts using our internal platform
- Support administrative tasks, including data entry and documentation
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- A detail-oriented and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to organize, analyze, and present data clearly
- Ability to review client requests and identify key insights or potential concerns
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Open Office is a strong advantage
- Willingness to work onsite in Eastwood City, Quezon City
