Client:One of the biggest Australian electrical engineering and contracting company
Schedule: 100% WFH from 7am to 4pm to follow AUS time zone / 8am to 5pm
-Full time role
This role is responsible for arranging travel, preparing mobilization packs, coordinating onboarding, and scheduling medicals and inductions.
Qualifications:
-Must have previous experience in mobilization, administration, scheduling or a coordination role-Must have strong organizational and time-management skills.-proficient in MS Office Suite and administrative systems.-Certificate in Business Administration or HR
