We're looking for a results-driven Corporate Accounts Associate to help expand our corporate client portfolio and strengthen partnerships across healthcare, institutional, government, and commercial sectors.

About the Role

As a Corporate Accounts Associate, you will play a key role in growing our business through account acquisition, relationship management, and operational coordination. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients while ensuring seamless order fulfillment and outstanding service delivery.

What You'll Do

• Identify and acquire new corporate, institutional, healthcare, government, and commercial accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and serve as their trusted business partner
• Develop proposals, quotations, and customized partnership solutions that address client needs
• Coordinate closely with Operations, Finance, Store Operations, and Delivery Partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
• Monitor account performance, identify growth opportunities, and support revenue-generating initiatives
• Track business development activities, sales pipelines, and client performance while recommending improvements that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, Supply Chain, or any related field
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in retail operations, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or health retail industry
• Strong communication, customer service, relationship management, and organizational skills
• A proactive and analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams
