What is this role about
This role will review and analyze submitted financial documents for the company and will prepare discount vouchers, vendor bills, debit/credit memorandum for customer reimbursement in accordance to company's SLA. This function will also reconcile trade receivables of assigned accounts.
What will YOU do
1. Processes discounts, subsidies and rebates for reimbursements to dealers or customers
a. Verifies and checks documents submitted for subsidies, rebates, discounts and other dealers claims for payouts
b. Records accounting entries for verified claims in Netsuite System
2. Processes accounts receivable adjustments from SEAOIL trade customer accounts and Station accounts
a. Verifies and checks documents submitted for adjustments or offsetting, if they are in conformance to approved discounts, rebates, pricing and others.
b. Records accounting entries for verified claims in Netsuite System
c. Prepares debit and credit memorandum
3. Reconciles Collection Reports from Gcash, Paymaya, etc.
a. Reconciles accounts receivables of assigned customers
b. Records any receipts resulting from the reconciliation
4. Reconciles tax credit accounts5. Files and maintains accounting records and reports within his function
