Act as the primary point of contact for insurance brokers, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
Sales And Growth
Identify and pursue opportunities to increase business by cross-selling and up-selling insurance products through the broker channel.
Product Expertise
Educate brokers on insurance products, helping them understand coverage details, policy changes, and rate fluctuations to better serve their clients.
Operational Support
Assist brokers with processing quotes, issuing policy renewals, and providing support for claims and policy adjustments.
Internal Coordination
Collaborate with internal teams such as underwriting and claims to ensure smooth execution of processes and address broker needs.
Compliance
Ensure that all activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Reporting
Prepare and present reports and proposals to both brokers and internal management to track progress and identify strategic initiatives.
