Job Summary:
The Corporate Account Management Specialist is responsible for reviewing and validating all Corporate Account Management System (CAMS) registration requests, ensuring that all required documents are complete, accurate, and compliant before account activation, update, or deactivation. The role also oversees the timely maintenance of corporate account records, monitors account performance, and provides sales and operational support to drive business growth and operational excellence across Philippines Branch Operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review and validate all CAMS registration forms and supporting documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
- Process and maintain the timely activation, updating, and deactivation of corporate accounts in the Corporate Account Management System (CAMS).
- Coordinate with Philippines Branch Operations, Sales Teams, and other stakeholders regarding CAMS-related concerns and requirements.
- Represent the Office of the COO – Philippines Branch Operations in meetings related to CAMS processes and corporate account management.
- Ensure accurate and timely encoding, updating, and maintenance of corporate account information in CAMS.
- Prepare, monitor, and analyze sales reports, account performance, and operational metrics.
- Review sales performance by corporate account, Account Executive, area, and branch, and provide recommendations to Area Managers to improve results.
- Monitor compliance with sales targets, operational standards, and assigned budgets.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to Senior Management on corporate account acquisition, account maintenance, and collection performance.
- Facilitate sales operations meetings to discuss business performance, process improvements, and company objectives.
- Ensure branches and sales teams understand and comply with CAMS policies, procedures, and process updates.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify business opportunities and process improvements.
- Coordinate with Key Account Handlers to strengthen client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and support business growth.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management.
Job Specification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineer or any related field.
- Relevant work experience in the logistics, transportation, courier, or mail solutions industry is preferred.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Strong market network and stakeholder relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and make sound business recommendations.
