The Copywriting Training focuses on designing, delivering, and improving training programs that enhance copywriting and creative communication skills across the organization.
Other responsibilities include:
- Conduct needs assessments, develop instructional materials and learning paths, and manage learning initiatives through digital platforms and tools.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and coaching interventions for copywriters and related teams, ensuring content is aligned with brand voice, quality standards, and performance goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate training effectiveness, updating programs based on feedback and data, and supporting ongoing professional development for team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience.
- Skills in Training & Development to design, implement, and evaluate learning programs for copywriting and creative teams.
- Strong Communication skills for facilitating training sessions, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing clear feedback.
- Coaching capabilities to support individual and team growth, guiding copywriting best practices and performance improvement.
- Experience in copywriting or content creation, preferably in marketing, advertising, or digital media environments.
- Analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); LMS experience is an advantage
- Ability to work effectively in a remote-first setup and night shifts (Reporting onsite may be required based on business needs)
