Copywriter (Job Advertisements) for a recruitment company in the talent acquisition and recruitment marketing industry. This is a remote role for a dynamic recruiting firm. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about crafting compelling content that attracts top talent through strategic and engaging job advertisements.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and optimize job advertisements to maximize engagement and applicant response rates.
- Tailor job descriptions to reflect company culture, role expectations, and unique selling points.
- Collaborate with recruiters to understand hiring needs and create targeted job postings.
- Ensure all job postings align with brand voice, tone, and recruitment marketing strategies.
- Adapt job ads for various platforms, including job boards, social media, and career sites.
- Monitor and analyze job ad performance to improve effectiveness and engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment advertising.
- Assist in developing other recruitment-related marketing materials as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- Proven experience in copywriting, recruitment marketing, or job advertisement writing.
- Strong understanding of employer branding and talent attraction strategies.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt writing style for different roles, industries, and audiences.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
