Job Description

ACMobility is looking for a Corporate Sales Manager to drive the growth and performance of fleet and institutional sales for Mobility Access Philippines Ventures Inc. (BYD). The role is responsible for leading corporate and government sales initiatives, developing tailored e‑mobility solutions, and managing the end‑to‑end sales pipeline. Working closely with dealers, internal stakeholders, and external partners, the position ensures consistent execution of fleet strategies, strengthens customer relationships, and supports the achievement of sales and profitability targets.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Lead and guide the Corporate Sales team in identifying, developing, and closing fleet opportunities
  • Drive achievement of fleet sales targets and contribution to overall retail sales performance
  • Identify and pursue corporate and government accounts to expand fleet business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers across private and public sectors
  • Develop customized e‑mobility solutions aligned with client needs and business objectives
  • Lead corporate presentations, product demonstrations, and sales discussions
  • Design and implement sales programs and initiatives to drive lead generation and conversion
  • Monitor and manage fleet sales pipeline, including forecasting and opportunity tracking
  • Provide regular updates on pipeline progression, conversion rates, and sales performance
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to support strategic decision‑making
  • Collaborate with dealer network to align on fleet opportunities and support conversion efforts
  • Coordinate with internal teams across ACMobility to ensure execution of integrated mobility solutions
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate and government fleet engagements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least three to five years of managerial experience in sales, preferably in automotive or fleet sales
  • Experience in corporate or government account management and business development
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
