Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support our Vendor Management function. This role will be responsible for coordinating vendor-related projects, including onboarding new vendors and maintaining ongoing vendor relationships. Flexibility is essential, as this position may involve attending occasional calls outside of normal business hours to support vendor and project needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee the onboarding of new vendors, ensuring all documentation, compliance requirements, and systems setup are completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain relationships with onboard vendors, monitoring performance, compliance, and ongoing deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment and timely execution of tasks.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation for vendor performance and project status.
  • Identify risks or issues in vendor relationships and escalate as needed.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree required; Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Interpersonal, conflict management, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, Vendor Management Associate, or similar role.
  • Experience with Monday.com is an advantage
