As our new
Material and Customer Master Data Coordinator, you will be coordinating material and customer master data processes across the cluster, serving as the gatekeeper for incoming data requests and ensuring data quality aligns with global standards. What you will be doing
As a key part of the Master Data Management team, you'll create impact by Driving data quality and process standardization that directly enables our sales, supply chain, and customer service teams to operate efficiently and serve customers better..
Your main responsibilities include:
- Act as the Gatekeeper for all incoming CIC-MDO requests, reviewing and routing them according to SLA guidelines
- Create, maintain, and extend material master data in SAP according to global policies, including local product data localization and pricing catalogues
- Serve as the subject matter expert on material and customer master data ways-of-working, field usage, and local exceptions within the cluster
- Monitor and drive material and customer master data quality against defined KPIs and global standards
- Support Business Process Owners in documenting local process variations and identifying areas for improvement
- Coordinate customer master data review and mass change exercises, and drive CMD process adoption across the region
What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a detail-oriented professional with strong SAP expertise and a solid understanding of master data management processes, combined with excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset. We would also imagine that you have:
- Degree in business administration, engineering, or equivalent discipline
- Hands-on experience with SAP ERP systems (CRM/BW knowledge is a plus)
- Solid understanding of master data management principles and processes
- Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
It is a plus if you also:
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Prior experience in an international matrix organization
- Deep familiarity with Microsoft Office and strong overall IT literacy
