COOKHe/She is responsible for preparing all dishes according to company recipes and standards and in-charge of maintaining smooth kitchen operation and food preparation to meet guests demands.FSC: COOKING OF PANDA DISHES-Prepares all Panda dishes according to company recipes and standards, specifically meeting company standards for flavor, texture, doneness, color, and aroma-Performs all Back of the House (BOH) responsibilitiesCOMPLIANCE: WORKABILITY AND KITCHEN STANDARDS-Ensures workability, intensity, and integrity in the kitchen-Ensures that the store's kitchen meets required standards of the company;-Complies with food safety and other facilities-related standardsSALES AND PROFIT: INVENTORY MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL-Efficient use of raw materials and batches of cooking to minimize wastages that is seen in the store's PNL.Education: High School graduate or College Graduate of any course, preferably related to CulinaryExperience: At least 1 year of cooking experience is an advantage
