Job Description

Reporting directly to the Founder and Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Operating Officer will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team and help strengthen enterprise-wide operating discipline across the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

Drive portfolio performance through consistent reporting, forecasting, and operational review processes.
Partner with business unit leaders to improve execution, accountability, and operational effectiveness.
Establish enterprise-wide operating standards, governance frameworks, and performance management practices.
Facilitate collaboration and alignment across multiple business units and centralized support functions.
Identify operational risks and improvement opportunities, ensuring timely intervention where required.
Assess leadership capability across the organization and support succession planning initiatives.
Help build scalable organizational structures, systems, and processes to support future growth.
Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO in shaping the operating model and long-term direction of the group.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate is a seasoned operator with strong commercial and financial acumen, capable of leading through influence in a multi-business environment.Key qualifications include:

Significant leadership experience within diversified groups, multi-business organizations, investment-backed companies, or complex operating environments.
Demonstrated success driving operational improvements, business transformation, or organizational scaling initiatives.
Strong understanding of financial statements, business performance metrics, budgeting, forecasting, and unit economics.
Experience working across multiple functions, stakeholders, and leadership teams.
Proven ability to develop leaders, strengthen organizational capability, and build succession pipelines.
Strategic mindset combined with strong execution capability and attention to operational detail.
Comfortable operating in entrepreneurial, fast-evolving environments where structure and systems continue to mature.
