Job Summary
Responsible to lead and supervises shift engineers, agency coordinators, operators, helpers & finishers to have a smooth flow on production line to achieve quality objectives. Ensure production orders are met and completed on time. Ensure complete required manpower in production line.
EDUCATION
Graduates of any Engineering course is preferred or at least Degree holder at minimum
Work Experience
At least 6 years experience in manufacturing

- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand and strictly follow procedures and work instructions
- Technical skills
- Strong leadership and people handling skills
- Working knowledge in converting machines
