Position Responsibilities:
- Process and index cases of varying complexity, capturing information accurately in the system according to established methods and procedures while maintaining high quality and productivity standards.
- Exercise good judgment in processing cases, performing thorough checks to eliminate financial errors and ensure compliance when handling highly sensitive and heavily regulated funds.
- Consistently meet service levels, including rendering overtime during high-volume weeks and being on-call on Saturdays and holidays as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other teams by assisting with production work, managing leaves/day-offs responsibly during peak seasons, and supporting overall team capacity.
- Identify and suggest process improvements, contribute to enhancing team metrics, and expand the range of knowledgeable functions handled by the team.
Required Qualifications:
- Open to fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree
- Candidates with experience in back-office operations or administrative roles are highl y desirable. This includes familiarity with office management tasks, data entry, document handling, and providing general support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools
- Demonstrates effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly convey information and ideas to diverse audiences.
- Amenable for fixed night shift.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Manulife and JH RPS products and processes, including a full understanding of JH RPS terminology.
- Ability to follow and complete JH RPS processes accurately from end to end.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Manulife insurance products, supported by passing weekly tests given by the trainer.
- Proficient in using email for processing, coordination, and communication.
- Strong ability to apply product and process knowledge in day-to-day work with minimal supervision.
