Job Description

We are seeking a senior, growth-focussed CRO and Analytics Specialist to turn around the digital performance of a major online education client. Traffic has dropped, and we need a data-driven investigator to diagnose the leakage, fix tracking, and overhaul the conversion funnel.

Responsibilities

  • Audit & Diagnose: Dive deep into GA4 and tracking systems to find out exactly where the funnel is broken.

  • Optimise Funnels: Own the end-to-end user journey across Google Ads landing pages, UX, and lead generation forms.

  • Lead Strategy: Identify technical and operational blockers independently, prioritizing quick wins and long-term lifts.

  • Collaborate: Work directly with developers and copywriters to launch A/B tests and UX improvements.

Qualifications

  • Data & Tracking Mastery: Strong expertise in GA4, attribution modeling, and server-side/browser tracking.

  • CRO Expertise: Proven track record of lifting conversion rates through UX changes and landing page optimization.

  • Practical Mindset: You focus on execution and actual revenue lifts, not just presenting pretty reports.

  • Pluses but not required: Experience with online education platforms, page speed optimization, or basic HTML/CSS.
