Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Controllership Department Head, based in Lipa City, Batangas. The Controllership Department Head will oversee financial reporting, internal controls, budgeting, and compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, monitoring accounting procedures, ensuring accurate financial records, and coordinating audits. The role involves leading a team, driving process improvements, ensuring operational efficiency, and providing strategic financial insights to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Financial Reporting, Financial Analysis, and Budget Management
• Proficiency in Audit Management, Compliance Monitoring, and Risk Assessment
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills
• Knowledge of Philippine banking regulations and accounting standards
• Proficiency in Accounting Software and Advanced Spreadsheet Skills
• Proven ability to implement process improvements and ensure operational efficiency
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA license is strongly preferred
• Experience in a leadership role within financial or banking sectors is advantageous
