Summary of Position

The Controller ensures that all financial and security transactions regarding school

management are processed according to accepted accounting principles and university

policies. The position reports to the Country Controller but closely coordinates with the School Chief

Operating Officer (COO) for day-to-day operations.

Location: Calamba, Laguna

Duties, Functions and Responsibilities

1. Finalize school financial statements for submission to the Country Controller

2. Monitor school budget

3. Ensure school compliance with government regulatory agencies

4. Formulate and recommend finance operating policies and guidelines

5. Ensure implementation of approved finance operating policies and guidelines

6. Review requests for disbursements to ensure the validity, completeness, and accuracy of

supporting documents

7. Accomplishes other responsibilities assigned by the Country Controller and School COO

8. Closely coordinates with the the School COO on day-to-day operations
