Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Controller located in Quezon City. The Controller will oversee financial operations, including budgeting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and compliance with regulations. The role involves preparing accurate financial statements, managing internal audits, supervising accounting teams, and contributing to strategic financial planning. The Controller will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the organization's financial health and align financial strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
• Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and compliance regulations
• Experience in leadership or supervisory roles in finance and accounting teams
• Proficiency in financial software and systems
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
