You own the financial accuracy and strategic reporting efficiency for a fast-growing, multi-location US-based food and restaurant brand, ensuring that operations across locations are backed by a solid accounting framework. Your role sits at the intersection of month-end controllership and forward-looking financial analysis — translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership.

This is not a passive accounting seat. You are the analytical engine behind financial health: building models, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and driving reporting excellence across an expanding restaurant group. This role is best suited for senior finance professionals who thrive in structured night-shift delivery, value high-level accountability, and want to contribute directly to business strategy — not just maintain the books.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• Mastery in accounting management and financial statement preparation
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
• In-depth understanding of FP&A concepts, financial modeling, and cost analysis
• Experience supporting multi-location operations, preferably in the food, restaurant, or hospitality industry
• Night shift availability and a stable remote work setup

STRONG SIGNALS

• Hands-on experience with Paychex for payroll processing and Harri for workforce management
• Prior exposure to supply chain analysis and identifying operational cost efficiencies
• Proven track record in process improvement and standardizing financial reporting across multiple sites

RESPONSIBILITY PILLARS

Financial Controllership & Integrity

You own the accounting cycle and ensure every financial statement is precise, timely, and audit-ready.

• Lead month-end closing processes and perform balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepare comprehensive financial statements that uphold high-integrity reporting standards
• Oversee accounting accuracy across all tasks, including specialized payroll processing

Strategic FP&A & Modeling

You serve as the primary analytical engine, delivering the insights leadership needs for sustainable, data-driven growth.

• Construct and maintain complex financial models to forecast performance across multiple locations
• Identify supply chain efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities through rigorous data analysis
• Deliver comprehensive reports with strategic recommendations to executive leadership

Operational Excellence & Optimization

You proactively optimize finance systems and workflows to ensure scalability and cross-location consistency.

• Collaborate with operational teams to align financial insights with on-the-ground site performance
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to standardize multi-location financial reporting processes
• Maintain data integrity across all platforms, including QuickBooks Online and workforce management tools
