Job Description
Join our manufacturing facility team in Sta. Maria, Bulacan! We are seeking a detail-oriented Control Room Operator with an engineering background to monitor plant process flows, regulate system operations, and oversee utility systems maintenance.
Job Overview
The Control Room Operator will be responsible for overseeing continuous manufacturing operations, regulating plant process flows, and maintaining critical utility equipment including cooling towers, HVAC systems, and air compressors to ensure optimal plant efficiency and minimal downtime.
COMPENSATION & WORK LOCATION
Salary: ₱22,000 – ₱24,000 / month (negotiable based on fit and experience)
Work Location: Sta. Maria, Bulacan
Key Responsibilities
Process Flow Monitoring: Continuously monitor real-time process flows and regulate system operations to meet production targets safely.
Utilities Maintenance: Maintain and oversee industrial cooling towers, air conditioning systems, and HVAC equipment.
Compressor & Line Care: Perform routine inspection, repair, and maintenance of air compressors; inspect and clean equipment lines to prevent clogging and operational delays.
Operational Support: Assist in general line maintenance and perform hands-on troubleshooting whenever required on the floor.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a manufacturing plant environment.
Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of machine operations, electro-mechanical systems, and basic equipment troubleshooting.
Competencies: Strong operational discipline, problem-solving ability, and capacity to respond quickly to system alarms or equipment disruptions.
