Responsible for implementing best practice procedures for a safe and smooth operation of Materials Handling processes, especially on equipment inspections and safe operation during startup and shutdown in both normal operation and emergency situations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or any industrial courses, with license is an advantage.
- At least 2 years of work experience in a coal-fired power plant, and/or undergone a Cadetship Program.
- Efficient in using the Computer Management Maintenance System (CMMS).
- Knowledge and experience in safe start-up and shutdown operations, MV switching, and switchgear.
- Ability to read and understand equipment instructional manuals and other operating procedures.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of power plant operations.
- Ability to communicate using different media such as email, radio, and telephone.
- Has a positive attitude & strong advocacy of safe work practices and procedures.
- Must be willing to be assigned at Masinloc, Zambales.
