JOB DESCRIPTION Under the direct supervision of the Unit Head, will be in charge of the monitoring, coordination, direct management, and referral facilitation of cases of children in need of special protection (CNSP). | ||||||||
Functions and Responsibilities: | ||||||||
1.Facilitate referral of CNSP cases received either through walk-in, phone-in, or email. 2.Monitor the referred cases in coordination with Field Offices (FOs) and other intermediaries. 3.Attend to meetings and/or case conferences on the management of the referred cases. 4.Gather/consolidate reports from FOs and other stakeholders. 5.Prepare Project Proposals, and Work and Financial Plans relative to the program handled. 6.Monitor the fund utilization of the program. 7.Review, comment, and acknowledge quarterly reports from FOs. 8.Prepare memo/response letters to requests/concerns of FOs, OBSUs, and referring parties. 9.Attend to Inter-Bureau and Inter-Agency meetings with other stakeholders and agencies. 10. Facilitate training and other capacity-building activities related to the handled program. 11.Attend to Division/Staff Meeting. 12.Perform other related tasks as assigned. | ||||||||
