JOB DESCRIPTION Under general supervision Division Chief provides support to Planning Officers III and IV in performing functions in the formulation, monitoring and integration of social welfare and development (SWD) reports, plans and policies of the Department and does other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time. | |||
Functions and Responsibilities: | |||
1.Reviews, consolidates, validates and analyzes reports on DSWD plans and accomplishments e.g. Harmonized Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation System (HPMES) reports submitted by the OBSUs and Field Offices 2.Gathers secondary data on SWD data/information and package the same into statistical summaries 3.Prepares periodic and special reports 4.Prepares activity proposals, meeting documents and other technical papers for the conduct of workshops, forum and other related activities 5.Provides SWD data to data consumers both internal and external of SWD sector accomplishments, statistics to Bureaus, Services, Field Offices, other GOs, NGOs, and other data users 6.Attends and participates to internal and external meetings, trainings or conferences as assigned by the Division Chief and 7.Provides technical secretariat support, as needed. | |||
