JOB DESCRIPTION Under the immediate supervision of the Information Technology Officer I of the Beneficiary Data Management Division, the position is responsible for assisting in the formulation of policies within the division. He/she will also assists the System Focal for the 4Ps-Information System, providing technical assistance and recommendations on policies, guidelines, and system enhancements. The position assists in formulating updates to BDMS procedures and guidelines, and assists in crafting or refining BDM policies to strengthen program implementation. It also prepares timely policy reports with corresponding analyses and recommendations for ITO I, PDO IV, and PDO V. Ensure the provision of other related tasks as may be assigned by the Supervisor. | |||
Functions and Responsibilities: | |||
1. Assists in the formulation, updating, and enhancing the Beneficiary Data Management System (BDMS) procedures and guidelines to ensure effective data management and policy implementation 2. Analyzes BDMS-related data to support the development and enhancement of policies, guidelines, and system processes 3. Facilitates the resolution of issues and concerns related to the implementation of BDMS policies and procedures 4. Conducts random quality checks on the data of household beneficiaries maintained in the database to ensure data integrity and accuracy 5. Assists in crafting and refining BDM policies and guidelines to strengthen program implementation and operational efficiency 6. Provides timely reports on BDM policies with analysis and recommendation to the ITO I, PDO IV and PDO V as needed 7. Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor. | |||
