Contractual Clinical Mentor

De La Salle Medical and Health Sciences Institute College of Rehabilitation Sciences is looking for and hiring CONTRACTUAL CLINICAL MENTORS for its Base and Satellite Clinical Training Facilities. Competitive hourly rate applies with a minimum of 8-hours per day to a maximum of 32-hours per week ranging from 1 to 4 days per week.

REQUIRED CREDENTIALS

• Graduate of BS in Occupational Therapy / BS in Speech-Language Pathology
• With active Professional License (OTRP/RSLP) in the Philippines
• Member of the accredited organization for the profession
• For SLP Applicants - Philippine Association of Speech Language Pathologists (PASP)
• For OT Applicants - Philippine Academy of Occupational Therapists (PAOT)
• At least one (1) year professional clinical work experience as a OTRP / RSLP (Required)

OPTIONAL / PREFERRED

• Continuing education/professional development units on clinical teaching/supervision taken in the past 3 years
• With active Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Dedicated and passionate in clinical teaching of interns (small group didactics and demonstrations)
• Residing near or within Dasmarinas for the Base Training Facility De La Salle University Medical Center Annex for Rehabilitation Services (Adult and Pediatric Mentorships available)
• Residing near or within Dasmarinas for the CRS Satellite Pediatric Training Facility City Center for Special Education
• Residing near or within Carmona for the CRS Satellite Training Facility Carmona LGU Persons with Disability Affairs Rehabilitation Center
• Residing near or within Trece Martirez for the CRS Satellite Pediatric Training Facility Missionaries of Charity Brothers (Orphanage for Special Children)
• Residing near or within General Mariano Alvarez (GMA) for the CRS Satellite Geriatric Training Facility Franciscan Missionaries of Mary (Retirement Home)
