Job Summary
The Contracts Engineer oversees contracts for various projects and ensures that the contract conditions meet all the clients needs. The key responsibilities include developing, implementing, and reviewing contracts and ensuring that best practices are followed on any particular project, and making all updates available to all project teams. The position also provides support and advises key stakeholders in the project team on contract-related issues.
Educational Attainment
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional license is an advantage
Work Experience
At least 5 years of professional experience in a construction industry, preferably in contracts or commercial department
Technical Competencies
- Advanced planning and project management skills
- Advanced proficiency in CIAP Document 102, and FIDIC
- Familiarity with Civil Code of the Philippines
