- Contract Negotiation: Prepare, manage, and review contract redlines, establishing both commercial elements and legal terms and conditions. Develop and draft the business elements and legal framework documentation for products and services procured for TELUS.
- Deal Making & Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, strategic sourcing activities, and cross-functional projects. Establish robust contract terms for pricing, performance management, and SLA development. Contribute to risk mitigation best practices.
- Unified Sourcing & Contract Execution: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to determine product and service requirements, utilizing best practices to source and procure efficiently.
- Process Optimization & Innovation: Drive process analysis to ensure the optimization of the sourcing process. Utilize tools and advocate for innovative approaches (like automation or GenAI) to improve efficiency, streamline activities, and enhance risk management.
- Supplier Governance: Support supplier compliance to TELUS Procurement programs, including ESG, Supplier Sustainability, and Diversity requirements.
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on savings data. Utilize spend category intelligence and analytics to inform sourcing strategies and track Total Value of Ownership.
