The Contracts Analyst role will involve data analysis and extraction, participation in the workflow, and reporting related matters.
Accountabilities
- Analyzing and extracting relevant information from contracts
- Ensuring proper document flow
- Identifying potential documents and process inefficiencies based on internal policies
- Answering basic business partner requests
- Delivering basic reporting based on contract information
- Providing help and assistance to colleagues as needed as well as supporting other departments when needed
- Perform as positive role model by demonstrating continuous process improvement skills and support of department and company objectives
- Support organizational improvement efforts to drive out cost inefficiencies, improve operational excellence, and bring about standardization and alignment
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in any course
- Strong commitment to performance and team success
- Average reading, legal comprehension, analytical, quantitative, and deductive reasoning skills
- Must be willing to work on a rotating shift
- Must be committed to complete process training and certification
- Any editorial and publishing experience is a plus
- Must not be in PIP or DAP within the past twelve (12) months (for internal applicants)
- Must not have any attendance and punctuality issues in the past twelve (12) months (for internal applicants)
- Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives
