Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Contractor Care Associate to assist with various aspects of contractor care after offer acceptance. This role will involve supporting the onboarding process, coordinating background checks and screenings, assist with timesheets, and checking in with contractors throughout their assignments. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple tasks, communicating clearly, and providing a positive experience for contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with contractor onboarding, ensuring all required paperwork and steps are completed.
  • Support the coordination of background checks and client-required screenings.
  • Process and track contractor timesheets accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Check in with contractors regularly to ensure they have the necessary support and resources.
  • Communicate effectively with contractors, internal teams, and clients to address any concerns or issues.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of contractor information and care-related documentation.
  • Additional projects as assigned in line with the goals ECLARO's strategic vision to enhance candidate, client and employee experience through technology and process optimization.

Experience & Skills Requirements:

  • Prior experience in onboarding or HR support is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with contractors and internal teams.
  • Bachelor's degree required (related fields such as Psychology, Human Resources, or similar are a plus).
  • Experience with HRIS/ATS systems (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
  • Familiarity with US background checks is a plus.
  • Knowledge of onboarding processes and general HR requirements.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-service-oriented demeanor.
