Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or related field
Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role
Strong understanding of legal terminology and contract law
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management software
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Familiarity with procurement and vendor management processes
Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements
Ensure compliance with legal and company policies
Maintain and organize contract records and documentation
Monitor contract performance and deadlines
Coordinate with internal departments and external partners
Identify and mitigate contractual risks
Support audits and legal reviews
Manage contract lifecycle from initiation to closure
Provide guidance on contract terms and conditions
Assist in resolving contract-related disputes
