Willing to work in a MIDSHIFT Schedule (3PM- 12MN)
Job Description:
Collaboratively work with business counterpart and SMEs located across the world specializing in various areas like compliance, tax, risk, legal, demurrage, finance, accounting, import, export, etc.
Understand and fluently apply key legal terms needed for contracts
Draft, negotiate, and finalize contracts that are comprehensive, clear, and enforceable
Turnaround large volumes of contracts while maintaining quality and clarity on the negotiated deals and ensuring commercial/contract risks are mitigated and discrepancies are resolved
Maintain clear and effective communication with all parties involved in the contracting process, including third parties, legal or other SMEs, traders, and internal teams
Continuously seek optimization opportunities throughout processes
