Are you detail-oriented and process-drivenJoin our team as a Renewals Specialist,managing a high volume of contract renewals for our valued customers. This in-office role is based in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig- a modern, master-planned business district in Metro Manila known for its vibrant atmosphere, world-class amenities, and dynamic corporate environment. You'll ensure seamless, timely contract renewals and support our global operations on Eastern Time.
Responsibilities
- Manage and process contract renewals (under $2,700) totaling approximately $2M in annual recurring revenue.
- Follow established renewal procedures to ensure contracts are completed on schedule.
- Communicate with customers via email to confirm renewals and resolve basic inquiries.
- Use Salesforce for tracking, record-keeping, and forecasting renewals.
- Identify and escalate any renewal risks.
- Process invoices, e-signatures, and minor contract changes efficiently.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations and Finance for smooth contract handling.
- Spot upsell opportunities and notify the sales team.
- Maintain accurate data and adhere to security and compliance standards.
- Contribute to process improvements for greater efficiency and retention.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years in customer success, contract renewals, sales support, or similar roles.
- Proficient in Salesforce and automation tools like PlanHat.
- Strong organizational skills to handle high volumes of contracts.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Team player who works well with Sales Operations and Finance.
- Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of data privacy and compliance (e.g., GDPR) is a plus.
- Experience in global operations or working across time zones is an advantage.
