What you will do:
- Strategic Sourcing & Category Management (Construction): Executes sourcing strategies for assigned construction categories
- Contract Lifecycle and Compliance Management: Manages, negotiates, and prepares contracts for assigned categories, ensures contract compliance, and resolves contract-related issues and disputes
- Supplier Sourcing, Bidding & Accreditation: Initiates supplier sourcing, bidding, negotiations, and vendor accreditation for new and existing contractors and suppliers
- Data Analysis & Stakeholder Support: Gathers and analyzes internal and external data to identify opportunities for process improvements and provides procurement support to key stakeholders
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 to 4 years of working experience in procurement or purchasing with relevant exposure in commercial contracting and negotiations
- Licensed Civil or Mechanical Engineer preferred, but not required
- Effective communicator and negotiator with strong critical thinking skills
- Great attention to details and has experience on contract management
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, charts, and macros
- Preferably knowledgeable in SAP – Vendor Management, Procurement Modules
