Contract & Operations Manager l Onsite (Pasay) - DAYSHIFT

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Contract Management, Operations Management, Project Management, or Customer Account Management.
• Proven experience managing customer-facing service contracts.
• Previous experience in aviation, airport services, Ground Support Equipment (GSE), engineering services, industrial maintenance or technical services will be highly valued.
• Strong experience in operational performance management and KPI monitoring.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large operational teams and complex multi-site activities.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Aviation Management or a related discipline.

Skills

• Excellent customer relationship management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen, including P&L management.
• Proven leadership and people management capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously within an international and multicultural environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
