- To carry out duties and responsibilities as scheduled accordingly.
- To report for duty punctually, wearing the correct uniform at all times
- To have a complete menu knowledge in recipes and cooking methods
- Evaluate the effects of meal plans and change the plans as needed
- To have a solid understanding and knowledge of meal attributes required
- Plan meal programs. Check food before delivery to site.
- To prepare food card for site next meal together with daily menus to choose for each meal.
- To answer telephone for additional orders, change of orders
- To be able to calculate meal plan according
- To demonstrate a full understanding of Food Exchange according to Sodexo standards and ability to apply knowledge in daily work process
- To demonstrate the ability to check for accuracy of the meal plan against food being served
- To be able to calculate formula and raw material recipes
- To attend service briefings and training classes.
- To facilitate monthly nutritional talk
- To participate in Sodexo meetings and activities.
- To provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
- To maintain good working relationships with your own colleagues and all other departments.
- To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the Sodexo policies relating to rules and regulations including but not limited to fire prevention, hygiene, health and safety.
- To have a complete understanding of client's expectations, rules and regulations
- To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
- To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- To carry out any other tasks as required by your immediate supervisor.
Key Competencies:
- Bachelor Degree in Food and Nutrition
- A minimum of 2 year as Nutritionist or demonstrated ability to perform tasks of a Nutritionist Level 1
- Professional accreditation from Philippine Dietetic Association is highly desirable
- Ability to communicate in basic English is a distinct advantage
- Understanding of legislation on Food Safety, OHS
- Computer skills in Excel and Word
- Self-motivation, self-confidence, honesty and flexibility
- Professional work ethic
