About The Role

As a Contract Manager at CBRE, you will support the management of supplier contracts, certifications, and associated documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and client requirements. You will play a key role in overseeing contract administration activities, leading a team, and ensuring the successful delivery of contractual services that drive operational excellence and client satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop a team, including coaching, performance management, training, and recruitment activities.
  • Coordinate daily team operations, assign workloads, and monitor departmental deadlines and deliverables.
  • Review, interpret, and evaluate contracts and service agreements to ensure compliance and business alignment.
  • Manage customer enquiries relating to contract modifications and contractual obligations.
  • Prepare and assess proposals for new contracts and contract renewals, providing recommendations for award decisions.
  • Negotiate contract terms and monitor supplier performance to ensure contractual commitments are fulfilled.
  • Review contract amendments and extension requests, recommending appropriate solutions and approvals.
  • Resolve operational and contractual issues while promoting collaboration and delivering exceptional client outcomes.


What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with at least 7 years of relevant experience; Preferably Licensed Engineer - ME/EE.
  • Experience in contract administration, supplier management, or related commercial functions.
  • Proven people leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, performance management, and team development.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage sensitive and complex information professionally.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate, influence stakeholders, and build positive working relationships.
  • Advanced organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
