Job Description

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday - Dayshift; Full Onsite

Location: Taguig

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of accruals and related payments in line with financial policies.
  • Manage customer contracts, ensuring timely receipt, proper documentation, and required approvals.
  • Oversee contract-related invoicing, including invoices, credit memos, and debit memos, to meet agreed customer timelines.
  • Support SOX compliance and audit requirements by maintaining controls, documentation, and audit evidence.
  • Partner with OTC teams to reduce aged receivables, investigate overdue balances, and support timely payments and customer dispute resolution.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles
  • Hands-on experience with SAP and Power BI
  • Strong data management skills with high attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
