The Project, Contract Management personnel is responsible for supporting the end-to-end administration of contracts and project-related documentation. The role ensures that contractual agreements are accurate, compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements, and properly maintained throughout the contract lifecycle. This position also coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate contract execution, monitor project deliverables, and provide administrative support to ensure the timely completion of contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, process, and maintain contracts, agreements, amendments, and other project-related documents.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, and external partners to facilitate contract execution and project requirements.
- Monitor contract validity, milestones, renewals, and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Ensure all contract documentation is complete, accurate, and properly filed in accordance with company standards.
- Support regulatory and compliance requirements by maintaining records and preparing required documentation.
- Track project timelines and contractual deliverables, escalating issues or delays when necessary.
- Assist in resolving contract-related concerns and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.
- Generate reports on contract status, project progress, and documentation as required by management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Perform other project coordination and contract administration duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in contract administration, regulatory support, legal documentation, sales operations, customer account management, or a related role.
- Experience in the energy, utilities, power retail, or regulated industries is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with contract management or document management systems is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
