GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
The Contract Administration Staff facilitates contract review requests and is mainly focused on record-keeping.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Law, or a related field

Certifications/Regulatory Requirements (if any): BSP/AMLC/Data Privacy training certificates
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Coordinate and facilitate contract review request from departments or business units to the Contract Administration Supervisor.
2. Maintain organized records, databases, and contract tracking systems of notarized and executed contracts to ensure accessibility and accuracy.
3. Create and maintain a repository of contract templates.
4. Ensure timely follow-up and execution of instructions by the Contract Administration Supervisor by coordinating with the areas and departments, tracking actions taken, and reporting completion status.
5. Performs other tasks related to Contract Administration which may be delegated by the Contract Administration Supervisor, Legal Manager or Legal Counsel.
