Overview: Responsible for managing purchase contracts, leases, and related asset records for an Australian client in the equipment leasing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of purchase contracts and leases, including creation, maintenance, amendments, renewals, and terminations.
- Accurately interpret contract terms and conditions, maintaining contract and asset records within CAM and Fiscal systems in line with compliance requirements.
- Support the administration and maintenance of leased asset portfolios, ensuring data accuracy and completeness throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to capture customer requirements and deliver in accordance with client policies and contractual obligations.
- Provide timely, professional responses to queries while maintaining a strong customer-first approach.
- Identify risks, exceptions, discrepancies, and compliance issues; escalate and work with management to implement effective resolutions.
- Monitor, reconcile, and validate contract data, asset installations, and invoicing outputs to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Non‑Negotiable Qualifications
- Education: Must be a 4‑year college graduate.
- Years of Experience: At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in contract administration, leasing operations, asset management support, purchase contracts, or related business support functions.
- Industry Exposure: Experience in contract administration, leasing operations, asset management, purchase contracts, or a similar contract‑driven environment. Required exposure to leased assets, equipment portfolios, or contract lifecycle management processes.
- Technical Skills: Ability to interpret contract terms and conditions, maintain accurate contract records, validate data, monitor installations and invoicing outputs, and effectively use Microsoft Office applications.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, time management, accountability, reliability, customer‑first mindset, ability to work independently, and prompt responsiveness through online communication channels.
- Accounting System / Software Knowledge: Experience using contract management systems, leasing platforms, or similar business applications is advantageous.
