As Contracts Coordinator, you will ensure that the project is effectively resourced and managed by directing, organizing, and controlling project activities under the direction of the Contracts Supervisor, and responsible for monitoring and checking all the maintenance contracts, and is responsible for coordinating with suppliers and vendors to allocate and utilize resources in an efficient manner. and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with Maintenance team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Understand and adhere to all Local, Corporate Health Safety and Environmental Policies.
• Acquire comprehensive understanding of the fundamentals of contract terms and conditions and various needs of the Company from Vendors and Suppliers.
• Ensure timely communication of all contracts and changes to management, suppliers, and vendors
• Work with other functions in the Maintenance Department on reviewing contract specification and requirements.
• Monitor and check all Maintenance Contracts
• Ensure that contract specifications are strictly followed by the vendor and supplier and continuously ensure safety compliance with support of the HSE Department.

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience:

• Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering or BS Mechanical Engineering
• At least six (4) years of solid experience
• Experience in project coordination or related roles, preferably in a maintenance or industrial setting.

Technical / Functional Skills:

• Knowledge in incident investigation & Root Cause Analysis (RCA) method
• Bid proposals of contractors and recommend technical solutions to improve quality and cost efficiency
