Job Description

We are looking for a Contract & Compliance Administrator to support our logistics operations by ensuring contracts, legal documents, and compliance requirements are prepared, monitored, and executed accurately and on time.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 to 4 years experience in contract administration, compliance, legal documentation, procurement, or a similar role is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • Able to manage multiple contracts and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Willing to work onsite in McKinley.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare, issue, and monitor contracts from drafting through final execution.
  • Maintain an accurate database to track contract and compliance status.
  • Coordinate the routing, review, and approval of contract drafts.
  • Assist in preparing contracts and other legal or compliance-related documentation.
  • Obtain and monitor required bonds and insurance certificates.
  • Review bonds and insurance documents for compliance and coordinate approvals with Regional or Headquarters.
  • Work closely with the Procurement and Sales teams to resolve contract-related concerns and supplier requirements.
  • Assist in interpreting contract terms, change orders, contract modifications, warranties, quality assurance matters, and disputes.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior Contract Administrators when needed.
  • Perform other administrative and compliance-related duties as assigned.
