Qualifications
- At least 1 year of contract billing experience, including billing based on customer contracts, agreements, or recurring service arrangements
- Experience in billing, accounts receivable, finance, or a related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced finance services environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
- Ability to manage high-volume contract billing transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet billing deadlines
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- Adaptable and flexible in managing changing processes, billing requirements, and business priorities
Responsibilities
- Process billing opportunities in CRM based on executed contracts
- Review and approve billing transactions aligned with payroll and commission schedules
- Coordinate with Sales and Legal to validate billing terms and contract details
- Generate and distribute invoices according to contractual agreements
- Ensure invoices are delivered through the correct client channels
- Maintain accurate billing records, master files, and revenue adjustments
- Apply contract-based price increases and billing updates
- Perform revenue reviews and billing reconciliations to ensure invoice accuracy
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and financial variances
