Our client within a technology-driven organisation is looking for a Contract & Vendor Manager to manage technology vendors end-to-end covering contracts, costs, performance, and risk.
This role plays a key part in ensuring vendors deliver value, reliability, and service quality while keeping costs under control.
What you'll be responsible for
- Manage vendor contracts including renewals, extensions, and terminations
- Monitor and optimise vendor costs and spend
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and contract consolidation
- Track and enforce SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations
- Conduct regular vendor performance reviews
- Work closely with IT, Finance, Procurement, Project Managers, and SIAM teams
- Identify and mitigate vendor-related risks and support contingency planning
What we're looking for
- 5+ years experience in vendor management, contract management, or IT operations
- Strong exposure to technology vendors and services
- Hands-on experience with:
- Contract and SLA management
- Vendor performance evaluation
- Cost control and optimisation
- Vendor risk management
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
